• Check-ups  
  These visits are in place to check for gum disease, cavities or any other oral health concerns you may have. These visits also may include digital x-rays and typically takes place every six to twelve months.
   

• Hygiene Appointments
  Hygiene appointments are required to maintain healthy teeth and gums. Where you will receive a thorough cleaning from the hygienist and be provided home care advice and proper oral hygiene instructions to carry out at home.
   

• Digital Dental X-Rays
  Radiographs are an important part of your yearly check-up. They are necessary to help diagnose problems they may not be visible to the naked eye.

• Dental Restorations (fillings)
  Fillings are used to replace the missing tooth structure due to dental caries (cavities) or fracture. They can be amalgam (silver) or composite resin (tooth-coloured) depending on the tooth and/or aesthetic demand.

• Mouth Guards
  Mouth guard are typically for people grind or clench their teeth while they are sleeping or during the day. Over time this can cause considerable damage to the teeth and the bones that hold them in place. To prevent this damage, we can make a custom grinding guard that is worn nightly or even during the day to protect the teeth from chips and from being ground away. Mouth guards are also used in management of Temporomandibular Joint Disorder (TMJD).
   

• Sports Guards
  This is a custom-made guard that we recommend to any athletes or people playing contact sports to wear in order to protect their teeth and face from any injuries.
   

• Sealants
  Sealants are placed for anyone who is susceptible to decay and wants to prevent surface cavities by having added protection to stop tooth decay before it begins.
